Our initial conversation will involve discussing your project details, where we may request images, plans, and any ideas you have in mind. Following this, you will be scheduled for a phone consultation with one of our consultants, allowing us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your home improvement goals.
During this consultation, we will provide you with a ballpark estimate. If you find it suitable, we will proceed to arrange an on-site meeting. Our consultation fee ranges from $100 to $500, depending on the scope of work and service area. This fee is credited towards your final bill and not an additional charge if you choose to move forward with the renovation.
Upon agreement, we will document everything discussed, assist you in selecting materials and finishes, and establish a project schedule and timeline. Once the contract is signed, we will begin the work with utmost professionalism, keeping you informed at every stage of the project. Upon completion, a final walkthrough will be conducted to unveil and hand over your transformed space. We are always accessible for any post-project assistance you may require.
We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on our work with a follow-up from us after the project is completed. We want to ensure you’re still satisfied with your project and greatly appreciate your feedback.

Yes, you are free to find and purchase materials on your own. If you need our help, we’re here to assist you in any way we can. However, we encourage clients to let us take care of this part of the renovation process. We have access to vendor discounts that we can relay to you during the project.
