Shayne Finskars, Owner and Director
Shayne has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years doing small – large scale renovations. He prides himself on his attention to detail and customer service to deliver exceptional renovation/remodels for his new and existing client base. Shayne’s focus is to ensure the same quality and professionalism are reciprocated throughout the business from sales right to project completion with additional focus on vendor relationships to ensure best pricing on all materials and products.
Shayne is a proud dad to two young boys; Wyatt and Ethan, and loving husband to Lisa. When not engulfed in the business, enjoys a good BBQ and spending time with family in the yard.
Ross Malamas, Carpenter, Production Manager
Ross is the “Go-To” guy at City & Country. He is the epitome of a model employee and teammate. He is a Carpenter and Production Manager who takes his work seriously. His quest for excellence makes him a great leader for our production crew. You can count on Ross to always deliver a beautiful project and ensure budgets and timeframes are met with great accuracy.
Ross spends his downtime being active with his young family or doing projects at home!
Erin Peters, Director of Marketing & business development
Andrew Jeffers, Estimator, Consultant
Andrew has been a golf professional since 1991. He paid for his golfing career by flipping houses in the off season. He has done six full renovations giving him plenty of experience! Andrew came to City & Country as a client first where we completed his kitchen, stairs, flooring, basement and outdoor renovations. He was so impressed with the processes and people he decided to apply as an Estimator/Consultant, and we were more than happy to have him! Andrew has proven to be an extremely valuable team member, not only to the staff but to our clients as well.
In his spare time, he golfs. When he is not golfing, he is thinking about golfing. He also has a lovely wife, children and grandchildren he enjoys spending time with.
Shanelle rose, Financial Manager
Shanelle is a do-it-all type of gal, and because she’s so detailed and catches even the smallest things, she handles all things financial for City & Country Contracting. Her Project Management background and client-based experience gives her the ability to organize and ensure all payables, receivables, payroll and company interests are upheld and all financial affairs are handled so the team can stay focused on delivering successful projects for our clients.
When not behind the screen or on the phone, she’s out with the dog and enjoying the town with her fiancée.
