Your project depends on the room you are looking to renovate. It also depends on its size, the materials we’re using, and any special features you want to add.
Kitchen renovations are complex projects that take around 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Regarding bathrooms, we can complete your renovation as quickly as three weeks. And if you want to have a deck built, you are looking at one week for a small deck and two weeks for a large elevated deck.
Regardless of your project type, we’ll make sure to give you a clear schedule right from the start. This way, you’ll know exactly what happens in your home at every stage of the process.
At City & Country Contracting, although we have partnerships with over 50 skilled trades, we take great pride in having an in-house team of specialized craftsmen that complete all of the finishing. Your project will be managed by our experienced Project Coordinator, Emily, and our Production Manager, Ross.

After signing the contract, we get to work! You can expect nothing but professionalism while we’re in your home. We’ll keep you in the loop with every detail as your project unfolds, and once it’s complete, we’ll have a final walkthrough to present and hand over your space. We remain easy to reach afterward and ready to help with anything you need.
We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on our work with a follow-up from us after the project is completed. We want to ensure you’re still satisfied with your project and greatly appreciate your feedback.

Depending on the scale of your project, you may require a permit. We’ll need a permit to complete the renovation if any structural changes or plumbing work is done. We’ll take care of all permits and documentation so that you don’t have to deal with any paperwork.
Yes, you are free to find and purchase materials on your own. If you need our help, we’re here to assist you in any way we can. However, we encourage clients to let us take care of this part of the renovation process. We have access to vendor discounts that we can relay to you during the project.
