Minor repairs include caulking, small roof patches, loose trim fixing, minor siding repairs, and similar tasks typically under $150 per item. Major repairs and replacements are discounted but billed seperately
We’ll flag it in your inspection report and provide a clear quote before doing anything outside your included scope. You also get exclusive VIP discounts (5%–15%) on major projects
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. The initial deposit covers your first service visit and is non-refundable once work begins.
We schedule visits during safe weather conditions. If weather prevents your scheduled visit, we’ll reschedule at no charge and maintain your regular service intervals.
