How do you find where the leak is coming from?

Water rarely drips straight down. It travels along rafters, sheathing, and gutter seams before it shows on your ceiling. We combine a drone roof assessment with an attic inspection to trace the stain back to the real entry point, and we photograph what we find so you can see it too.

Do I need a whole new roof, or just a repair?

Usually just a repair. Most leaks come from a failed piece of flashing, a cracked vent boot, a leaking gutter corner, or a handful of damaged shingles, not the whole roof. If the roof is genuinely near the end of its life we will say so and show you why, but repair is always the first option we look at.

What does a roof leak repair cost?

It depends on what is actually leaking. A flashing or vent repair is a few hundred dollars; a larger repair with sheathing replacement costs more. We inspect first and give you a written quote before any work starts, so the number is never a surprise.

How fast can you get here?

Leaks get priority scheduling because water damage compounds daily. Call us, and in the meantime put a bucket under the drip and, if you can reach it safely, a tarp over the area. Do not go on the roof in the rain.

Will my insurance cover the repair?
