How do I know my gutters need replacing?
Sagging runs, seams that drip after rain, peeling paint or rot on the fascia behind them, and pooling at the foundation. If a re-seal or re-hang honestly solves it, that’s what we’ll recommend.
What’s wrong with gutter spikes?
Spikes work loose as fascia expands and contracts. We hang on hidden screw-in hangers at 24″ spacing — stronger, invisible, and they don’t back out.
Do you check the fascia before installing?
Always. New gutters on rotten fascia is money wasted — we inspect every foot before hanging and fix problems first. Fascia repair is one of our biggest specialties.
Should I add leaf screens?
If you have trees within reach of your roof, yes — ideally at install time. Ask during your assessment and we’ll show you the options and honest pros and cons.
Do gutters bundle with other work?
Gutters, soffit and fascia share the same roofline — bundling them saves setup costs and gets everything colour-matched in one pass.
