Peeling paint, dark staining, soft spots you can press a screwdriver into, gutters pulling away, or visible crumbling at the corners. Corners and joints go first — that’s where water sits.

Can you repair just one section?

Why aluminum instead of wood?

Pre-painted aluminum never rots, never peels, and never needs repainting. Wood fascia in the Lower Mainland climate is a maintenance subscription.
